All the calculations and astronomical notes on the calendar pages, as well as the extensive eclipse predictions, duplicate those in Bailey's Rittenhouse almanac for 1820 (Philadelphia), calculated by Joshua Sharp.
The frontispiece and illustrated title page are engraved by Goodman & Piggot.
