- From the sheets of the edition printed by Samuel Harrison Smith at Washington, D.C. in 1801 (Not in Shaw & Shoemaker). The general title page and title page for the acts passed at the first session are cancels. The title page for the acts passed at the first session has imprint: Philadelphia: Printed by Richard Folwell.
- The American Antiquarian Society has a variant copy in which only the title page for the acts passed at the first session was cancelled; the general title page is that of the original edition with imprint: Washington City: Printed by Samuel Harrison Smith ... 1801.
