- Notes:
- Except for changes in the title page, signatures [A]-C (including the calendar pages and other astronomical matter) and p. 26-[36] are offprints from Cochran's Philadelphia almanac for 1811, calculated by Joshua Sharp, and printed at Philadelphia by R. Cochran.
- Sharp's authorship is confirmed because the calculations and astronomical notes on the calendar pages duplicate those in The New Jersey and Pennsylvania almanac for 1811, by Sharp (Trenton), except that there are fewer of each. The eclipse predictions are also the same, with a few omissions. The false attribution to Beers, another well-known calculator, was intended to widen the sales of Stewart's almanacs. Another of these for 1813 with the same offprinted matter, Stewart's East and West Jersey almanac, is correctly attributed to Sharp.
- Title vignette: seal of the United States. The Anatomy is the only other illustration.
