- Pages [4] and [24] include bookseller's and stationer's advertisements of William Treadwell & Co., of Portsmouth, N.H. Page [18] contains a bookseller's and stationer's advertisement of Caleb Bingham, of Boston, Mass.
- Except for the title page and the Bingham advertisement, the almanac is identical in contents and typography with Sewall's An astronomical diary, or almanac, for 1802, with imprint "Portsmouth, New Hampshire: Printed by William Treadwell & Co. ..." Another issue of the latter almanac for the same year, identical except for the last two advertisements, has the name of Charles Peirce substituted in the imprint as the printer. Probably both of these issues, and therefore the Weatherwise as well, were printed by William Treadwell & Co.
