Presumably printed by William Carlton, whose Salem register is recommended by the delegates "as a free and well conducted paper, devoted to the republican cause."

The only known copy, held by the American Antiquarian Society, is on two separate leaves. Presumably these were originally attached as one folded sheet with p. [2] and [4] blank.
