It is requested that to the names of subscribers their titles, address, and places of residence may be distinctly added: and that persons in Europe who may take the trouble of obtaining subscriptions will return the papers to the consul general of the United States at Madrid, unless they should have a good opportunity of forwarding them directly to the Office of the Secretary of State in Philadelphia, addressed under cover to the Revd. T. Dwight D.D. president of Yale College, Connecticut."
