A petition presented by Capt. Alexander Patterson, to the legislature of Pennsylvania, during the session of 1803-4 : for compensation for the monies he expended and the services he rendered in defence of the Pennsylvania title, against the Connecticut claimants; in which is comprised, a faithful historical detail of important and interesting facts and events that took place at Wyoming, and in the county of Luzerne, &c. in consequence of the dispute which existed between the Pennsylvania land-holders, and the Connecticut intruders, commencing with the year, 1763.
