"In testimony whereof, we have hereunto subscribed our names and affixed our corporate seal ... John Hargrove, minister. Henry Didier [and six others], acting committee. Baltimore County, to wit. On the 4th day of February, eighteen hundred and four, before us the subscribers ... appeared the above named John Hargrove ... that the proceedings aforesaid have been legally and duly conducted.
