- Three states of p. [36] noted. In one, the author's address "to the reader," dated Sept. 5, 1807, and beginning "You are respectfully presented with my forty-fifth almanack ... " is at the foot of the page. In another, an advertisement by Etheridge & Bliss, booksellers, is at the foot of p. [36]. In a third, an advertisement by Joseph Greenleaf, bookseller, is at the foot of p. [36].
