- American Antiquarian Society copy inscribed at top of title page: "J. Kewley;" and in the same hand, below the title, "By Dr. Kemp," and below the imprint, "1807." Kemp was at this time Episcopal rector of Great Choptank Parish, Maryland. John Kewley was then rector of the Episcopal church at Chester, Md.
