Both Drake and Shaw & Shoemaker erroneously assumed that there were two variant issues of this almanac, the title of one including the qualifying phrase "calculated for the states of Georgia and the Carolinas," and the other lacking it. Insofar as can be determined, all copies include the phrase, which consistently appears in issues from other years.
