- Notes:
- Apparently calculated by Abraham Shoemaker. In comparison with his New Jersey and Pennsylvania Almanac for 1808 (Trenton, N.J.), the eclipse predictions are identically worded, and the astronomical notes on the calendar pages are so nearly identical as to make a common authorship evident. The majority of the calculations, of which there are fewer in the New York almanac, vary slightly because of the difference in meridian.
