The constitution calls for an electing committee of nine members with at least one member each from Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Baltimore. The company was to meet semi-annually; at New York in June, and at Philadelphia in December.
Presumably printed at Philadelphia where Carey was the leading publisher and bookseller.
