- The second part has special title page: Appendix, sive, Historia tragica de furoribus Gallicis & caede admirallij narratio. This appeared originally in 1573 under title: De furoribus Gallicus, with pseudonym Ernestus Varamundus (i.e. Franciscus Hotomanus). Cf. BLC.
