- Summary:
- Samaritan book of songs and hymns for wedding and circumcision ceremonies. Interspersed are portions of the Pentateuch for public reading in connection with the ceremonies. At the end are two prefaces in prose and a poem in praise of Moses.

- Pagination: Hindu-Arabic numerals in red ink, upper outer corners [1]-236.
- Layout: Written in 27-30 lines per page; double column in red and black ink with catchwords.
- Script: Written in a neat, cursive hand.

- Origin: Copy completed on 17 Muharram 1323 A.H. (March 24, 1905) by Yaʻqūb ibn Harūn ibn Salāmah (p. 232).
