"The object of this communication is to give a detailed account of the enquiry that the Hungarian government has carried out in execution of the Council resolution [of December 10th, 1934, concerning responsibility for the assassination of the king of Yugoslavia]; to state the disciplinary action which, in consequence of the results of the enquiry, it has thought necessary to take against certain Hungarian official agents, and, lastly, to inform the Council of the general measures which, in consideration of its recent experiences with Yugoslav émigrés, it has enacted for the purpose of establishing a stricter control of political émigrés."--p. 3.
