The present convention, signed at Geneva, February 20th, 1935, by the delegates of Bulgaria, France, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, Rumania, Switzerland, and Czechoslovakia, was drawn up by the Economic Committee of the League of Nations in 1931, and revised, October 1934, at a special meeting of delegates of governments chiefly concerned.
