White, Gallaher & White are named on the wrappers of parts 11, 12, 14 and 16, and on the title pages to v. 6, 7, and 8. Lilly and Wait, successors to Wells and Lilly, are named in place of Wells and Lilly on the wrapper of part 16 and on the title page to v. 8.
