- Typescripts of three separate works by Boker: Book of the dead, Nydia and Glaucus. Includes a proof copy of Book of the dead, Boker's 1882 collection of poems on death which is edited by the author. A manuscript of a poem is located in the back of the Book of the dead. Nydia and Glaucus were two plays written by Boker in 1885 and 1886, respectively. Glaucus includes a revised version of pages 69-88 which is found after page 162. Also includes a holograph first draft of "The Queen Must Dance," a printed copy of "A Welcome toGaribaldi," and a proof copy of "Dedication to Mrs. Eliza Conrad."
