- Penn Libraries copy has bookseller's typed description (3 leaves with "Received 3 Nov 1971 Sotheby & Co." stamped on verso of third leaf), 1 folded printed sheet ([4] p.) advertising "The criers and hawkers of London ... edited with an introduction and commentary by Sean Shesgreen", and 1 folded photocopy of p. 64-65 of Shesgreen's introduction with a few ms. marginal notes laid in.
