Presumably Young, the printer, ordered a consignment ... to be bound with the Prayer Book, since it is found in copies with waste sheets used in the binding."--The Bibliotheck 5 (1967), p. 19.

- Penn Libraries copy 1: leaf 2k4 mended at bottom margin; catchword on leaf 2k6v partially effaced; leaves 2k7,8 cancelled with two printed leaves ("Certaine godly prayers to be used for sundry purposes") bound in their place.
