- Summary:
- Dramatic work about a young nurse called Fāṭimah who is responsible for taking care of an old rich man. Fatḥī, the brother of the old man, meets Fāṭimah, hears her beautiful voice, and falls in love with her. They get married in secret which angers the Pasha. Faced with financial difficulties, Fatḥī meet a rich woman Mīrvat and promises her marriage. The Pasha asks Fatḥī to divorce Fāṭimah, but she is pregnant, though he denies he is the father of the child. When Fatḥī returns to Mīrvat, he finds her with another man, so he decides to go back to Fāṭimah. On the way, he is involved in a car accident. At the end, Fatḥī asks Fāṭimah to forgive him and admits that the child is his.
