The first leaf is blank except for signature-mark "A" within a mortised ornament; the last leaf and leaf 2K8 are blank.
"The fountaine opened" and "Angels acclamations" have continuous pagination; "The churches riches by Christs poverty" and "The rich poverty" have continuous pagination separate from the preceding two works. Signatures are continuous throughout.
Titles within ornamental woodcut borders; woodcut title vignette, initials and head-pieces.
Text and printed marginalia within ruled borders.
