Penn Libraries copy has had the imprint dates on both vols. almost entirely effaced, possibly intentionally at time of sale. The first three gatherings of vol. 1 have been printed with three different, and larger, text block dimensions than the rest of the volume, suggesting that this copy could be made up of sheets from different editions.
