Summary:
This documentary follows the Enga's ruling tribe, the Apulin, as they struggle to implement democracy within a 12,000 year-old tradition of tribalism. The battle for power results in tribal wars, political rallies, and a catastrophic conclusion where half of the ballots are firebombed.
