- Jenny is a music-hall chanteuse in 1920s London when she inadvertently makes a pact with the Devil, her lover Leo, by which she will never grow old. While Leo has lived through thousands of years in numerous incarnations - as a magician, fighter pilot, coke dealer, city banker - Jenny finds that the joy of eternal youth is short-lived.
