- "The continuation and conclusion of the civill warres of France: written in Italian by Henrico Caterino Davilla ..." has a separate title page, inserted before leaf 3G1 (p. 409, 4th sequence), with imprint: "London, Printed by Ruth Raworth, are to by sold by Thomas Heath, 1648."; pagination and register are otherwise continuous.
