- The recto bears headline (the date טוכ׳ לשבטטה ת׳פה), and 20 lines of content. On the first fold, on the right of the recto is the signature, in a different hand than the content: אני הצעיר שלמה למייאדו בכ״ר משה לנייאדו.
- The writer thanks an honorable Isaac Shalom, who saved him from hunger.
- There is also some secondary scribbling and a mathematic figure. In the second fold is the address, in the same hand as the content, to Samuel Laniado, embellished with much blessing. On verso is an ex-libris signature of the addressee.
