- A folio. lines per page. Partial vocalization.
- A. (recto) The latter part (verses ל-ת) of a Shevaḥ in which each line starts ברוך, followed by an alphabetically successive word. Ends ברוך תפארתו לעד אלהי האלהים followed by a citation of Psalm CXXXVI 1-3.
- B. (verso) Under the heading שבח. The first 10 lines of a Seliḥah or Baḳashah by David ha-Nasi לא תאחר שאלת קוראך. Each line starts -לא ת, followed by an alphabetically successive verb. Published from other ms. sources by M. Zulay, Mivḥar ha-shivʹim, 1948, p. 46-47 (no. 19).
