These two works have been split up and interspersed throughout this volume with the first part of A re-survey of the Mosaic system bound after part 1 of the Archaeologiae philosophicae, and the second part bound at the end of part 2. The Life of Thomas Burnet has been moved from the beginning of the Doctrina antiqua and bound after the preface to part 1 of the Philosophicae archaeologiae. The rest of the Doctrina antiqua is bound at the end of the volume.
