Summary:
In 1935, the last year of Juan Vicente Gomez' dictatorship, Caracas, Venezuela was host to the great Uruguayan tango singer, Carlos Gardel. This is a dramatization of those who came to greet him, a couple of old lovers are reunited, as well as the Incisor family, at whose door he accidentally arrives.
