- Boyle Collection copy 2 has the ownership inscription "Tho. Molynoux" in brown ink at head of p. 1; ms. monogram initials "I. R."[?] in brown ink at head of t.p.
- Boyle Collection copy 2 bound in full brown mottled leather; four raised bands on spine; brief title stamped in gilt in second spine panel; date of imprint stamped in gilt at foot of spine; blind-tooled cover edges; all edges speckled red.
