Biography/History:
An émigré from Austria, Ebenstein founded the Palestine Mozarteum in Tel Aviv in 1944, following the bombing of Salzburg. The society was dedicated to the promotion of Mozart's music in Palestine. Ebenstein wrote to Alma at the suggestion of Käthe Berl.
