An ordinance of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament : for the raising and levying of the monethly sum of one and twenty thousand pounds, towards the maintenance of the Scotish army, under the command of the Earl of Leven, by a monethly asessment upon the severall counties, cities and towns of the kingdom of England therein mentioned.
