With an additional title page (pi1), with the imprint: "London, printed for the author, and are to be sold by H. Brome at the Star in Litte-Britain [sic], 1668.". This title page matches, in text but not setting, that of Wing D1423; in the second line of imprint, the 'b' of 'be' is directly below the 'd' of 'London'.
