In this setting of quire A, title page lacks comma after "yeare"; A3r line 3 ends "and those of". The title page is found with one of three types of ornamentation: (1) woodcut ornament with winged heads, (2) rectangle of type ornaments measuring 29 x 91 mm., or (3) square of type ornaments measuring 18 x 18 mm.
