- The item is a letter of introduction from Clauzel on behalf of Alma Mahler and Franz Werfel, addressed to Henri Pozzi, the ambassador of France in Stamboul (Istanbul), with a second letter enclosed, apparently intended for Count Charles de Chambrun, the French ambassador in Ankara.
