The first section (on tumors, wounds, ulcers, fractures and luxations) is reprinted from Banister's translation of sections of Johann Jacob Wecker's "Medicinae utriusque syntaxes", published in 1585 as "A compendious chyrurgerie". Cf. ESTC.
"An antidotary chyrurgicall", "A storehouse of physicall and philosophicall secrets", and "A treatise of chirurgerie" each has separately dated title page, pagination and register. "A storehouse", a later edition of "The true and perfect order to distill oyles out of al maner of spices" erroneously attributed to Paracelsus, was also issued separately (STC 19182.5). "A treatise of chirurgerie" was also issued separately (STC 1361). Cf. ESTC.
