- Summary:
- Sergeant Brock (Barry), an American mercenary explosives expert, must lead a French Foreign Legion patrol deep into Viet Minh territory to destroy a strategic ammo dump in the "China Gate" pass. To safely guide them through the jungle, the Legion commander bribes a Eurasian girl, "Lucky Legs" (Dickinson), who as it turns out was once married to Brock. Brock abandoned his wife and their son because he could not face the shame of having fathered a racially-mixed child. Now Brock and Lucky must reconcile their differences in order to survive.
