- With an 8 line errata slip pasted over a 6 line errata on the same verso.
- Pp.28-29 are printed in red and black.
- Pp.269-96 contain 'An appendix, to the second edition of The account of my life', with a colophon reading: London, printed October 31. 1705.
- Pp.297-300 contain: 'More memento's' with a colophon reading: London, printed December 8. 1705.
- Pp.1-16 [sig.T], contains: 'Mr. Pennyman having got printed two little papers .. ' dated internally 1706, and is the same setting as the variant in the other issue of the 2nd. ed.
