- Vols.1-5 are dated 1763, vols.6-8 1764.
- Each volume has a separate titlepage, including vol.1, in addition to the general titlepage.
- An 'Advertisement' in vol.8 announces that "at the request of many of the subscribers" the series would be brought up to date and completed by a ninth volume.
- Vol.9 contains an index to the 9 vols. and an appendix and concludes: "The end of the ninth and last volume".
- Subsequently another 9 vols. were published to continue the series to 1800. The edition statements in vols.15-18 of Ruffhead's edition describe them also as vols. 11-14 of the edition of 'Statutes at large' edited by Runnington.
