A cry from the dead : or, the ghost of the famous Mr. James Guthrie appearing. Being the last sermon he preached in the Pulpit of Stirling, before his martyrdom at Edinburgh, June 1661. To which is added, his last speech upon the Scaffold. His ten considerations anent the Decay of Religion: With an Authentick Paper sign'd and writ with his own Hand, with Relation to the Call of Mr. Robert Rule to Stirling. Which gives some Light into the infamous Action of his being stoned, for nushing Mr. Rule's Settlement in Stirling, on Opposition to the Publick Resolution Party, about five Years before his Execution.
