A reissue of the original edition of 1780, with the first pp. 1-8 (sig. B, here unsigned) reset, with eight leaves, printed not before March 1782 on internal evidence and variously paginated in other copies, inserted after the first p. 48, and with pp. 53-54 of the pp. 53-98 section of the 1780 edition cancelled in favour of a leaf numbered pp. 51-52.
