Ilminster : Somerset. To be Sold, By survey, In separate lots, At the George Inn in Ilminster, On Thursday the 1st. day of November, 1787, At three O'Clock in the Afternoon, The following premises, (unless previously disposed of by private Contract, of which due notice will be given;) Lot 1st. A freehold estate in Ilminster aforesaid, Consisting of a handsome Dwelling-House (in which Mr. Marshall now resides,) with a Flower and Kitchen-Garden well stored with Fruit-Trees and remarkable for its pleasant and healthy situation; together with a Brew-House and two Cellars with Chambers over, Barn, Cyder Wring-House, Stable, Wood-House, &c. Likewise Five Acres and half of Orchard adjoining the Garden, the greater part of which is now in its prime; Six Acres and half of Pasture Ground, and Four Acres and half of Arable; all of which is quite contigious; with an unlimited right of Common. Lot 2nd. A freehold estate in Ilminster aforesaid Consisting of a good Dwelling-House and Garden, pleasantly situated, Stable and Woodhouse, together with Five Acres of Meadow Ground and One Acre of Orchard adjoining, and Two Acres and half of Arable, with an unlimited right of Common. Lot 3rd. A leasehold estate in Ilminster aforesaid, determinable on three Lives and situate near Dowlish Ford: Consisting of about Six Acres and half of Pasture Ground, with a River at the bottom, and is now in the Tenure of Henry Rouswell, Tenant at Will. Lot 4th. A leasehold estate in the Parish of Winsham, Somerset, commonly known by the name of Bedlow's Mills, determinable on three Lives; Consisting of a Dwelling-House and Garden, also two Stocks of Fulling Mills and about Six Acres of Meadow Ground, now in the occupation of Mr. John Perham, whose term expires at Lady Day next.
