In two parts, the first containing this act enacted and re-enacted in the reigns of Anne, George I and George II; and the second with separate titlepage with the imprint "printed by Thomas Baskett and Robert Baskett, .. 1744", pagination and register, containing the same act re-enacted in the same year.
At end of the second part, with separate pagination, is a list of "Trustees, 18 June 1744".
