The following address was presented to Her Majesty by Crew Offley, Esq : accompanied by several gentlemen of Cheshire, who had the Honour of kissing Her Majesty's Hand, and introduc'd by his Grace the Duke of Devonshire: Which Address Her Majesty receiv'd very graciously. To the Queen's most excellent Majesty, the humble address of the High Sheriff, Justices of the Peace, Grand Jury, Second Inquest, and of other gentlemen and freeholders of the county palatine of Chester, assembled at the assizes at Chester, on the 28th day of August, in the ninth year of Your Majesty's reign.
