Before Lord Kenyon, and a special jury, in the Court of King's Bench, at Westminster Hall. When After an Examination of considerable Length, replete with curious Matter, and in which was mentioned, among others, an Illustrious Personage, The Jury gave a Verdict in Favour of the Defendant.
