The case of Mr. C. Fenwick : late commander of the Success Galley, an armed ship employed by the Madras government, during the late war: humbly submitted to the consideration of the proprietors of East India stock. To which is added, the opinion on his case, given by Sir William Scott, Advocate-General; Mr. Thomas Davis, the Hon. Company's Advocate-General at Bengal; and Mr. Sullivan, the Attorney-General of Madras: together with the orders of General Coote; the obeying of which has rendered this appeal to the Proprietors necessary.
