A new guide for constables, head-boroughs, tythingmen, churchwardens : Overseers and Collectors for the Poor, Surveyors for Amending the Highways and Bridges, with Directions for Keepers of Fairs and Markets, and Treasurers for the Relief of poor Maimed Soldiers and Mariners.
