Erroneously attributed by Evans to William Waring, the calculator of several previous issues, who died in 1793. The actual author was Abraham Shoemaker. The calculations and astronomical notes on the calendar pages, as well as the eclipse predictions and the prefactory remarks to the reader, are identical throughout with those in his New Jersey almanack for 1795, published at Trenton.
The Anatomy is the only illustration.
